All purchases on the site enjoy a 【seven-day appreciation period】 starting from the day after the product is delivered. If there are any quality issues with the received product, please apply for a return. If you need to exchange the item, please apply for a return first, and then place a new order.

Consumer Protection Law

Consumers are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the day after receiving the goods. If you wish to return the purchase, please submit your application within this period; late applications will not be accepted. (This does not apply to overseas consumers.)

Appreciation period is not trial periodThe returned goods must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty certificate, original packaging (bags, boxes, paper), and the completeness of all accompanying documents or materials). Please do not omit any accessories, disassemble the product for inspection, or cause any damage.
The original outer box and original packaging are part of the product. Loss, damage, or missing items may affect your return rights and may result in deductions for necessary costs to restore the original condition, depending on the extent of the damage.
Some items, once used, cannot be restored and lack integrity, thus losing their resale value and cannot be returned.

Request a refund

  • The product includes the main body, accessories, gifts, warranty certificate, original internal and external packaging (bags, boxes, paper), and the completeness of all accompanying documents or materials. No refunds will be issued for missing or damaged items (except for defective products).
  • The return request will be automatically canceled if the product is not returned and cannot be processed due to inability to contact within 15 days from the day after the return application, and a new application cannot be made.
  • Unless a defective product is discovered after opening, returns cannot be processed once the package has been opened.
  • Bundle items cannot be returned as individual items.
  • Do not place the invoice inside the returned goods.

【Exchange Policy】

Request an exchange

  • Please apply for an exchange primarily due to product defects or errors. If the seven-day appreciation period (including holidays) has passed, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept exchange services. To avoid disputes, please ensure to check the goods upon arrival.
  • Because it is not a product quality issueExchangeIt needs to be supplemented.Shipping costs: $5.50-$15.50.(Because shipping is free for all items, if it's not a quality issue and you want to exchange/return the item, we will take back the discount and you will need to pay all the shipping costs.)
  • Genuine leather bags are not easy to make. If possible, please try not to exchange/return them. We check the quality before shipping. If there is indeed a quality issue upon receipt, we will resend a new one.
  • Combination and random items are offered; we do not provide exchange services for selecting colors or styles.
  • If a repair or replacement request is submitted after the seven-day inspection period, the applicant will be responsible for some of the costs related to repair, parts replacement, and shipping. (Except for warranty products.)
  • If the purchased items are computer software, various CDs,Goods such as food, consumables, and personal hygiene products that cannot be restored to their original state once opened.Unless a defective product is discovered after opening, returns and exchanges are not possible once the product has been opened.
  • If the product malfunctions, is damaged, scratched, or has abrasions due to improper disassembly or use by the consumer,We regret that we cannot accept exchanges for items that are dirty or have damaged or incomplete packaging that renders them unsaleable.
  • Because each computer screen has a different resolution,Website photos sometimes have color differences from the actual products.The decision to change the standard still depends on the manufacturer's assessment.

[Refund Instructions]

  • For one-time payment by credit card: The amount will be refunded to the original credit card. If the refund process has crossed the credit card billing date, the fee will be refunded to the next month's bill.
  • Credit card installment:
    • A full refund will be issued to the original credit card.
    • Partial refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided; credit card refunds...The bill still needs to be paid in full on time.
  • PayPal: The payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
