How to recognize genuine leather?

物流配送與時效說明
我們的商品配送覆蓋馬來西亞、臺灣、香港及新加坡等地。
1. 馬來西亞默認是DHL Express送貨。DEEPKEE BAGS通常可在 7 至 9 個工作日送達。東馬部分地區不可貨到付款。
2. 我們會根據顧客提供的收貨地址，選擇匹配最快捷的運輸方式。
針對臺灣地區： 由於「7-11 交貨便」有明確規範以保障寄件和取件雙方的權益，請特別留意以下事項：
- 寄件：請填寫寄件者及取件者「與證件相符之真實姓名」， 以確保雙方權益。
- 取件(付款包裹)：取件者需告知店員真實姓名&手機末三碼，並完成付款即可領取商品
取件(0元包裹)：取件者需告知店員真實姓名&手機末三碼，並「出示與貨品上取件者姓名相符且有照片之身分證明文件正本」並完成簽收方可領取商品。- 身分證明文件：身分證、駕照、軍人證、護照、健保卡、居留證、學生證、經政府機關核發之附有照片之證件。
- 為確保雙方權益，若取件者未出示上述證件或拒絕簽名，門市無法提供取件服務
- 貼心提醒：至門市領取包裹時建議可避開早/晚尖峰時段，能夠大大降低您等待時間
